I put in a new CD and Gracenote returned two possible matches. I clicked on the wrong one and all my tracks are Japanese characters. I obviously want the English one. BUT everytime i put the disc in, i get the same japanese mumbo jumbo. Where is the button or command that lets me force EMC to look up Gracenote information again? I don't see one.

That would be a BIG oversight. In fact, so far, it seems to me that EMC 8 is much LESS flexible /powerful than it predecessors 7.5, 7 and even 6. In those versions, i could ask for a new Gracenote lookup by simply clicking on the menu item. Also, I seem to no longer have the flexibility to name my extracted tracks what i want ... only the option to make the artist and title part of the track name and select my subdirectory. A lot of flexibility has been lost, and that is very sad ... :)

Which program are you using? DVD Music Assistant and Music Disc Creator both have an EDIT TAG function where you can rename a song title.

I don't see a way to force Gracenotes to reread the entire album. When you click on EDIT TAG, there is a MusicID button which will access Gracenotes as much as you like.
