I am trying to copy my DVD files to disc but the copy program only ever gets round to compression. I am then left with a compressed disc with no video files and an error saying 'Unspecified Error'. I have had this problem before and I managed to sort it by deactivating an option on the computer while copying. However, each time the computer is restarted, the file reactivates.
I can't remember where I found instructions on how to do this - does anybody here know?
