Here's the weird thing -- I entered it and the program seemed to install just fine, until it encountered an error (because I had anti-virus enabled it turns out). Now, however, whenever I try to install the program, I am told that the cd key entered is incorrect. PLEASE help!!!

Check you haven't confused 1 with l or O with 0
To double check your key, go here
login with your e-mail and password (same as when you registered) and you will be able to check the CD key there
