Hi just bought and downloaded this product. I am running vista ultimate 32 bit. It installed with no problems. However at every boot up I get a error message saying there is a program compability issue with a driver. And that it has blocked it. Anyone else come across this and if so any help to resolve would be appreciated.

You're welcome - the main thing is it works which is what matters in the end :)

No guarantees on this (it's a patch for the Dell OEM version but it may work

The 'other user' problem - check that the Drag to Disc isn't running on the second user account

I spoke to Dell Support and they directed me to download a patch from Roxio. And here is the URL:  HTTP://doc.roxio.com/patches/
And you’re looking for d2d3290.exe
You can run it from their site or you can download it to your computer. It worked for me and it will work for most.

As I said earlier, there is no gaurantee that file will work with all computers - it was made for Dell and also, it's d2d and not dzd (but the link is on the site I gave along with the instructions

Welden - will you please read what I said

The instructions and the patch link are BOTH on the site I gave

There is NO guarantee it will work with other than Dell

It may have worked for you, but that does NOT mean it will work for all
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed
