When I drop a video ts folder in I get the message that the file cannot be compressed (even if its smaller than 4 gb)
I had no problems before burning regular and dual layer DVD's.
Any ideas?

I suddenly can't turn off the fit to DVD option when I try to burn a DVD. Its "greyed" out and I cannot uncheck the box. Could it be from upgrading ? Ive got Tiger running on a g4 with a pioneer DVR110D

The check box is turned on or off in the Toast Copy window. However, the error message you're getting on a smaller VIDEO_TS folder is puzzling. Are you sure the VIDEO_TS folder contains everything from the original DVD?
