I was unable to unzip the 7.0.1 upgrade I downloaded with Firefox using Stuffit Deluxe 9. It would hang up at the last 5 seconds. I downloaded Stuffit 10 and it hangs up at the same place and reports 2 trillion hours to completion. I have been unable top down load another copy of Toast with out paying again. Sonic Online Web Self-help has been useless with no response other than to say my "ticket has been updated." The only phone service is a long distance toll call to Toronto from California. Has anyone had a similar problem unzipping Toast 7.0.1 or know a way to download a fresh copy without repaying? Thanks.

I have the same problem. I downloaded twice, tried stuffit expander 10, and waited 30 minutes for unstuffing to complete. Finally had to do a force quit. Could find no help in support FAQ or Roxanne.

Try and use Safari to download. I didn't have any problems. ( Don't you just hate it when someone says that?)

I used Safari, and it worked with no problems. The file came in as a dmg vs. the zip in Firefox. Thanks!
