OK Button in Label creator

the OK button is greyed out when I want to print out a label. everythings goes fine up to this point. any ideas. my printer works fine with other programs.

There has been one other thread, relating to Canon printer, without posted resolution.

If yours is a Canon then it may be a problem with their drivers.

Have you made sure the prnter is selected and that its properties are OK, corresponding with page setup in Label creator? Does print test page work?

Thanks for that Jean. I have read the thread and I seem to have the same problem. My printer is an Epson and it is listed in the Printer Settings drop down menu. You can print out a test page in the Properties section but the Print Test Page and Calibrate buttons are also greyed out.

I notice it says Epson (copy 1).

Check your printer settings in control panel and if the printer is listed twice, delete the copy and try label creator again. It may be that LC is seeing the copy, but NOT the actual default printer
