Hi. I'm new here so apologies if this has already been discussed.
I bought Toast 7 from Amazon in January and it didn't come with a CD Key. Since then I've tried to get one from Roxio but all I experience is incompetence. I have made 6 international calls and started 3 support tickets, as yet NO JOY.
Tech Support say it's a Customer Service issue, they refer me to Tech Support and so it goes on.
Can anyone supply me with contact details for the President of this company in order that I can tell him just how crap his organisation is?
What really pisses me off is that i know people who are using this software having downloaded it illegally. I decided to do things the proper way and bought it. They are using the software for free, I shelled out cash and can't use it. And they say software piracy is wrong. Who's got it right here?
I'd appreciate some feedback on this as I'm close to putting the software in the bin and recommending to my friends that they avoid Roxio software at all costs.
Thanks
Scott

There should be a CD key label on the disc cover.  You received the entire box, correct?

Yes I got the whole shooting match but the only labels attached contained the Tech support address, a part number and the software version.
