Add your track in Sound Editor.Go to Tools,Clean Up Audio. Then you'll have choices on what to do.
"Do you wanna see me crawl across the floor to you?
Do you wanna hear me beg you to take me back?
I'd gladly do it because....."

If you cleaned it up, your next step to save it is output it to whatever format that you want, and to a folder on your hard drive where you want it stored.

Once you've got the settings for the cleaning that you want, you need to select "Export clips/tracks".  If you have multiple tracks in your project (you can bring more than one in at a time, you have to apply the cleaning to each one) make sure you select the checkbox to export each track individually.  Select the folder you want to export to, and the file type (.WAV, .MP3, etc) and then tell it to save them.  The cleaning happens then.

Hope that helps!
