user hostile help line roxios refusal to listen to requests

I am a loyal customer, having bought 2 roxio products. Roxanne does not work and it is extremely difficult to find a human to handle queries. I have been waiting months for a reply to a perfectly valid query but have not received an answer!!! Do any other customers have similar problems.

This forum might be able to help you. Post your problem and computer spec.

We wouldn't know, unless someone posted about it, as this is a users forum. You would need to try contacting Roxio/Sonic about your query to them.

In the meantime, post what you are needing some help with and someone here will try to help you out.
