Can you give us some info on the computyer specs - hard drive, free space, RAM, graphics, etc
Also, have you updated the video drivers to the latest from the makers (ATI or nVidia or whoever) and also if you installed DirectX 9.0c. Again, do you have any other CD authoring s/w (Nero InCD, Daemon Tools and so on)?
