Rebate Issue

I purchased Toast 7 from Mac Mall.  I submitted a copy of my emailed sales bill from Mac Mall along with all the appropriate stuff to receive my $20 rebate.  Now I get an email from Roxio stating that my Rebate is Invalid because I didn't submit a copy of my sales recept.  I did!  My sales receipt IS the email I received from Mac Mall showing the product and date purchased.  They don't send a hard copy of a sales receipt.  My email receipt IS what I submitted for my rebate.  I've purchased three Roxio products to date.  If I don't get this rebate this is the LAST Roxio product I buy.  What the heck to I need to do to get my lousy $20 rebate?
