I have tried twice now and every time I try to do an install of EMC9 it erases all disk drives from my XP professional Op system! I have to do a restore from backup of my whole system to get them back. What a waste of money! angry.gif

Are you talking about not seeing your DVD or CD burners? If so, do some reading in these forums, and you will find the solution to that MS problem.
