I had been having problems with the CD/DVDRW on my PC for some time and most recently, each time I copy data to a DVD, when I eject the DVD I get the dreaded blue screen.
I went on to the Dell site and downloaded what purported to be the latest version of Sonic DLA (v 5.2). Now I cannot use the DLA functionality at all. There is no Format command on the shortcut menu, nor the Use With DLA command.
I cannot copy anything to a DVD at all in Windows Explorer, whether new or an existing one.
Please can someone help me and tell me what I've done wrong?
