Hi, I bought this cd burner in 2000 and haven't used it much since then. I think need to upgrade my software but don't know how to get the upgrades. I ultimatley want to burn audio files from iTunes onto a cd. the message that I'm getting on the adeptec screen is: "No CD-Recorder. Please check cables, power and the readme to ensure toast support of this drive." When I click the "support" tab next to this message, nothing happens. can anyone help? I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

What Mac and OS are you using? Is the disc burner internal or external? Are the iTunes tracks purchased from the iTunes store or did you add the tracks to iTunes from other sources?
