Every time I log on a window appears and states that a driver has been blocked do to incompatibility
and was disabled (sonic solutions DLA)
The PC is new.
So what or who do i contact to get this resolved

You don't say but I assume it's Vista? Remove Drag to Disc and reboot and you should be ok....works for me.
It would be helpful if you posted more info about your system so more people could chime in for help.

Sorry I'm new (sort of) to the computer and I'm learning as I go

Did you try removing Drag to Disc yet? If you're not sure how, you need to go to the control panel and choose Programs then, Uninstall a program. A list should show up with all the programs installed. Find Roxio Drag to Disc and double click it. After removal, reboot.
