I've been using Media Creatoe 7 for a couple of years but only now have started using the labelling function.

Disc labels are okay as there is a Neato template for these in the print Page Setup dialogue box. However, the Front Booklet, for which ther is a template is completely out of whack with the actual Neato labels and there is no template for the back sheet - the Tray Liner with splines.

Is there a software update that covers this?

If not, has anyone else had the same problem and come up with an answer?

Ant help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers!!!

The version 7 software has been out of production for a couple of years so there would not be any updates.

It is odd, in that Neato probably has not made any drastic changes in their styles???

If I recall there is a manual setting in Label Creator that allows you to specify the offset from page side and page top - you need to measure this on the page and then set the manual controls to suit (you may need to experiment a bit to get it exactly right)
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

Not sure about "Styles" James, but Neato has added several different "Templates" to their own Neato Program and these templates may not be included with the EMC 7. I have been using the Neato labels for a long time now and have found that I had to download all the new templates in their program just so I could continue using the label creator.

Adding the new templates to their own Neato lable program is one thing but I'm not sure how you would add them to the EMC template list, if at all.
