I went to bestbuy last night, they pulled up Pinnicale, it was by far user friendly with than your product  and did not have the problems that i read on your forums, witch again seem to be ran by individuals and not your company.

Now you have finished your rant, maybe you would like to say just what your problem actually is and then maybe someone can help.

If you got the software from Maddog with a drive btw, you didn't get the full package - just an OEM version that is supported by Maddog and you should contact them for support
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

Geeeeeezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz! If you want help from this "USER" forum, post your problem you are having.

If you want Roxio Support as you bought Roxio's EMC9, read your manual and contact the right people BEFORE you start your diatribe.

If it's a LE version from your hardware vendor, contact them.

Rants in this PULIC FORUM get nothing.  angry.gif

I don't think that the "hit and run" OP is coming back.

I apologize! I didn't know the whole preceding post would display again. Many Internet forums operate in unpredictable ways.

I am concerned that after purchasing Easy Media Creator 9 suite before VISTA was released appears to have been a terrible mistake on my part. The NEW EMC9 is VISTA compatible, but for reasons not explained anywhere ROXIO has not released drivers to support their products on VISTA. This is most annoying and discouraging. The product is fine, but it is worthless to me with VISTA and I am very angry to think I may be expected to purchase a new copy of the same stupid program simply because ROXIO will not release the appropriate drivers for VISTA.

What drivers are you refering to? The DLA issue? If so, that was a MS "clerical error" they made in a zero day Hotfix that caused that issue, not Roxio.

From what I've read, most of teh regulars here who have tried 9 on Vista have had no problems other than the DLA one.
