'Setup has determined that your configuration does not support any of the included products'
I have updated the latest drivers for my graphics card, Quicktime, Windows Media Player, Direct X, Internet Explorer, disabled my second DVD drive, downloaded vxblock.dll and replaced my existing file, my monitor is running at 1024x768 32 bit colour. None of these have solved the problem, I still get the same error message. I have also uninstalled many different programs which could cause a conflict with it, but still no luck.
My system is:
XP Home Service Pack 2
Pentium 4 - 3.4 Ghz
1 Gig Ram
160 Gig Hard Drive x 2
Graphics Card : Radeon X700 256mb ram
Windows Media Player 11.0.5721.5145
Quicktime 7.1.5
Direct X 9.0c latest update
Does anyone know how to install this on my PC as it clearly meets all the requirements and should have no issues installing. I have checked all help pages and can find no one with the same issue or a solution.
Many thanks in advance,
bibooo

If you're trying to install from a disc try copying the installer to your hard drive and executing from there. Also disable any antivirus that may conflict with the installation.
Are your hard drives in RAID?

Thanks for the response. I have all the Avid software installed, but I did not have the dongle attached when trying to install DVDit as I didn't think I would need to. I will try it with the dongle attached and see if it makes a difference.
I'll try copying the install file to my HD and see if this helps also.
My drives are not set up in a RAID configuration, they are just 2 separate drives.
I will post my findings very shortly.
Thanks again,
bibooo

I will also mention that Roxio's customer service and support system is a completely non existent, it has been 3 weeks since I sent my query and I have not had a response; needless to say, I will never buy any Roxio product again.
Thanks for everyone's help on this.
Regards,
bibooo

You didn't say you have a DVD burner in the computer.
Do you have a DVD burner in the computer ?

Having the same problem as all these other guys - product won't even begin to install, and using Windows MCE - any chance I could get the link to the 6.1 if that's the work around that seems to work? thanks.
