Hey,
I have Roxio Toast 7.1.2 and can't seem to find an answer for this...
I was wondering how data files can be added when burning a DVD from a Video_TS file?
I only see the option to add data files for a DVD Video,
but where can I find the option to place a data file at the root level when making a DVD from
a Video_TS file?

Do it all in the Data window. Choose DVD-ROM (UDF) as the Format. Click New Disc and name your disc. Add the VIDEO_TS folder. Add the data content. Click burn.
