Hello everybody, my english is regular,

in Spanish

Aparece una ventana de asistente para la compatibilidad de programas

Luego dice:
Se bloqueo el controlador por problemas de compatibilidad

[i]Busque si hay una solucion en linea en el sitio web de Microsoft...

Uninstall Drag to Disc, and the problem should go away.

Or run the download patch from Dell, Here.
