I have version 9 suite and two DVD drives , one with a writer.  I know it works fine, but the software shows under the "destination Selection" heading  "No destination drive detected".

I've rebooted to no avail.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

We need more information on which module in EMC 9 you are using, what you are trying to do and when/where that message shows.

Also posting your system specs in your signature would be helpful (you can do that by clicking on My controls, then edit signature is listed under Personal Profile).

Is the drive recognised in Windows Explorer?
