[Vista user Dell XPS]

After importing vob files into video wave I have set my start and end points in trimming window. When I click ok to save my changes the window grays out and a notice appears saying video wave has stopped working and only offers the option of closing the program. I have tried restarting the computer and starting a new program but nothing seems to work. WHat do I try next?
