I do have Toast 6. in my iBook G4, I just add a external Sony DVD burner, DL DRX-830-UL-T
I created my project wich  one ends up being a 5.7 Gigs, I did insert a Memorex +R DL single side disc
but Toast still said that I have not no more than 4.3 gigs available on it.
Toast see it the dvd burner as such DL...what is it that I am doing wrong?
Please somebody help me this is killing my nerves.

Make sure you've updated to the latest version of Toast 6. Also, Memorex DL media is garbage based on what I've read in posts from others trying to burn to that media. The most reliable DL media is Verbatim DVD+R DL. It is the only one I use. There's a DVD Media database of user reports at videohelp.com. Check there for DL brands that have good reliability.
