I always used emc to create audio cds, i've used version 7 and then changed to version 9. So I noticed some regression in version 9:
1. Version 9 don't show the track numbers;
2. In version 7, I could easily change the order of tracks just dragging and dropping, not in v9;
3. In version 7, I could explore files in the program, noin version 9 i need to open the Windows Explorer and arranje windows.
In both version the final result is perfect, but version 7 is much more easy to use.
Think about it in version 10

Version 7 better than 9

In EMC 9 use Music Disc Creator to create Audio CDs. Start/programs/Roxio EMC 9/Audio).
It does all the things you list:
It show track number.
You can also easily drag the items around in the list (and the track number changes automatically).
In Music Disc Creator, click Add Audio tracks, then click on the yellow folder in the left pane, you get Windows Explorer type tree.

Well, that's works fine now. I've used "Audio CD creator", and it's very poor. So what te use of "Audio Cd creator"? It seems to be a useless feature.

I never use Audio CD Creator. Maybe it's there to provide a quick and simple way for people in a hurry or not too knowledgeable about things like fade in/out etc.
Just tried it, and again to answer the points you made about it:
you can change the order of the files in the list by highlighting a file and using the up and down arrows at the top.
Also, if you click add music, the window that opens is the usual File Open box that allows you to explore your hard drive in the normal way.
So in fact the missing features compared to Music Disc Creator are showing track number and being able to change the fade in/fade out and gap between tracks.
I don't use the media manager/quick find which is what shows on the right pane of Audio CD creator (unless you click to hide it).

Of course, but these arrows changes only 1 track and 1 position per click. Drag and drop is much better.

Yes, but the Windows Explorer type tree is more efficient

So I'm using Music Disc Creator, and it looks more quick and simple to use.
