Enhanced CD Error receiving unable to add CD tracks to this project - code

I am trying to copy an enhanced disc - I have the 2 panels - transfered the tracks OK but when I try to copy the extras to the data section I get an error code that says, " Unable to Add CD tracks to this project."

I've tried Drop & Drag, add to project, and Copy & Paste and get the same error. How can I get a work around??

What kind of "enhanced cd" is it? Usually, just doing a disc to disc copy should work.
