Sorry if this has been asked before. Want to produce a slideshow - 25 photos + 10 mins Music- for older friends, with no knowledge of computers. After burning my CD, will it play on DVD players ? Assistance welcome.

The answer is one that you won't be happy with - depends. Each DVD player is different so it depends on the player. The instruction manual will list what it will play. Most players will play DVDs, however. The discs are cheap so that may be a better choice. USB external burners are pretty cheap also.
I assume that the music is part of the slide show.

Yes it can be done 2 ways:

Build your slideshow in VideoWave and save the Project (dmsm file).
  • Click on the DVD icon to start MyDVD Express. In the dropbox under Disc format:, choose DVD without menus.

  • Or open MyDVD and choose New Project, DVD, no menus. Then add the VW dmsm project file.

In both cases you will find best results when you work in VW to build your project.
