I managed to get EMC disc info utility to tell me what was on the +R disc that froze up the computer.I had to shut everything down to get the disc out, and then restarted and put the disc back in the drive to check it. I thought that maybe it just wasn't finalized,but when I tried to finalize disc it said insert "appendable disc " or "no disc present".
