I purchased EMC 9 Deluxe Suite and have installed it on Vista Ultimate.  Unfortunately I cannot configure the DVC 90 device that came with the EMC package becuase Windows cannot find any Vista drivers.  Does anyione know when Vista drivers will be available?

Thanks
Ron

This is a  Microsoft or a Dazzle issue for drivers and even though you may get someone here who knows about this but updated drivers for this device will most likely have to come from Dazzle so you should keep an eye out on their website. This is the problem with any new OS and it takes time for the new drivers to be released.

It looks like Roxio has released an updated version of the driver for Vista (32 bit only).

http://kb.roxio.com/content/kb/Creator/000137CR

I installed the driver and it seems like the device is working, however when using EMC to capture the video after about 7 seconds an error appears stating "Unknown capture error".

Has anyone seen this problem or have any ideas on what could be causing it?

Thanks
Ron

I get the same thing.I've decided to just wait and see if Pinnacle actually delivers the drivers this month like their site says.

I have the same issue.    Re-installed Roxio from the start with the New Drivers etc same problem.    Sort of bad that they say this product is Vista ready and drivers are not  even included on the CD, have to search around for them.

Are you having problems with the Dazzle?  If you are, you just read that Pinnacle is supposed to come out with a driver sometime this month, but I would suspect that it will be next month.

If not, you should start your own thread, because your problem has nothing to do with this thread.
