Hi there,

I just bought "easy media creator 9" besides the slower speed everything seemed to work o.k. until I wanted to print a label. In the tools "Print Disc Label" menue. There is all the text missing. the 3 buttons on the bottom which I assume say back, next and cancel have no text on them. However when I point to them with the mouse they change to light orange colour and if i click on the middle one i get to the step 2. Step 2 does not show any text on the interface either, just some icons.
Has anyone seen the same problem and has some one found a solution/fix for it?
Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure that you have the latest drivers for your video card.

Thanks for your reply. I loaded the latest drivers for my ATI Radeon all in one 8500 DV, but the problem is still there.

I am not sure that the Radeon 8500 can handle all of the DirectX that the program requires.  I have the 8500 on the shelf, so I can't test it without putting it in my backup computer.

I would look at upgrading to a new video card.  A 128MB, or 256MB AGP card, is relatively inexpensive.
