angry.gif I have 2 HP printers connected to my computer (one networked and the other USB’ed) which work great in all other programs.  I scan a picture for a label, crop it, copy it, paste it, align it and all the work then stops since the program Roxio Label Creator "Print Test" and "Next" buttons are not highlighted!  They will not light up on any printer, adobe PDF, or anything I connect???

I have removed and reloaded the (Roxio EMC 9) program twice.  I have deleted and reloaded both HP drivers and the HP All-In-One program twice.  Reverified all drivers and programs are updated and all to no avail!  I had removed my old CD Stomper Program and now trying to figure out what to do since this part of the program is now worthless as is.

I originally had Pinnacle and decided to get Roxio, since I needed HD editing for my new Sony HDR-HC3 video camera, which I love.  I’ve have wasted all this time and money on Roxio and should have stuck with an upgrade on Pinnacle!

Anybody have any ideas what to do next?

Sounds like a printer driver problem.  First make sure you have the latest driver from HP.

Open Label Creator 9.  Click on FIle/Print.  In that box, select the HP connected via USB. Then click PROPERTIES.

Does that work? Can you access the printer's functions?
Underneath the printer list, what is the printer's STATUS?

I have my Epson connected via wireless router/print server and works fine with Label Creator.
