According to Pinnacle's website there are supposed to be new drivers released sometime this month.

Hi all,

An article or two has been created for DVC90 Drivers:

Dazzle DVC90 Device not recognized on Windows Vista
Dazzle DVC90 device not detected

The second article is more of a general article. However, if you are having specific Vista issues with DVC90 recognition, please use the first one.

NOTE: The Vista article will only work for x86 (32 bit) systems. Hopefully Pinnacle will have an x64, with other drivers, when they publicly make the drivers available on their website later this month.
