Hi,
I just bought the full version of MyTV To Go...
It works just like the trial version... in other words... i get movies of 5 minutes, that's all.
Before installing the full version I deleted the old one completely and reinstalled the new one.
I can't find the email adress of ROXIO for support either
What to do?

You've probably given up Jepedewe but - for the benefit of other users - your problems may arise out of the version you bought. I downloaded version 3.1 from Download.com. This was after I'd trialled version 3.0 (downloaded from another website - not Roxio).
The only difference between 3.0 & 3.1 as far as I could tell by the way is that converted files are placed in a different sub-folder in XP depending on your mobile device.
I bought a full version of the software but I didn't use the Roxio download - I used the Download.com file. Trial & error might solve your problem.
