EMC-9 - I am trying to copy a DVD on my PC so I can play it on a TV DVD player. It copies fine and the copy will play on my PC, but not the TV. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Not enough information - you didn't even say of you have EMC 9 or what application you are trying to use or where you got the DVD file in the first place. Downloaded?
Are you in the US?
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
