If you are having trouble with Nero and Roxio, it ain't the software!

I would try starting through the Start – All Programs – Roxio~ path rather than the Home icon.

Try different application, Classic, VideoWave, MyDVD, Disc Copier, etc. to see if you can be more specific.

Make sure you have the latest drivers for your Video Card.

Make sure you have the latest DirectX installed.

Do you have the Dell OEM version of Roxio?
Dell 8300 3.0ghz 1.5gb RAM 300gb & 200gb HDs
XP Pro/SP2
NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440 w/AGP8X

Never mind. blink.gif blink.gif blink.gif blink.gif blink.gif Your computer does not meet the minimum specs of either software. That is why you are having problems.

Your computer doesn't run Nero or Roxio. It probably doesn't meet the minimum specs to run either one. wink.gif
