It doesn't tell me anything other then it wants to close?
Sorry, am new at this, and I don't even know really what to include.

Start out with what you are trying to do, what type of file, what steps you are taking when the program crashes, and what error message you get, if any.

I have captured video with the media import program, in the only way it allows. I am not even sure what format that is, but that is it. I then place the video in mydvd 9 and then start a project with no menus. And create chapters at 5 minute intervals. Then I click burn, and it opens up the burn screen, and says it must close. And closes out on me. The only option I have is to send report. It doesn't give me any information on the error it has received.

I am glad that you found your problem. Also, make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card, get rid of malware/spyware from your computer, and defragment your hard drive.
