I am trying to copy a DVD for my employer (a plant safety DVD, exciting stuff) from an image file using Disc Copier.  After starting the process, and watching it get to 100% of Compressing, either Disc Copier errors out or it reports the process is complete, but nothing is burned.  The DVD is then useless, as it reposts back as a Data disc instead of a blank or having the actual video on it.  When it errors out, I get the following in Event Viewer:

Faulting application disccopier8.exe, version 8.0.5.74, faulting module dragon30.dll, version 3.0.5.56, fault address 0x00037f9d.

There are no updates on the Roxio site for my product.  I am unable to try a reinstall until tomorrow as I do not have the original media on me (Boxed version from buy.com).  This process has worked in the past for previous videos.  I have tried recreating my image thinking it was corrupted, but I get the same results.  I am hoping someone else has seen this error and is able to help or provide guidance towards a resolution.

System specs:
Dual Core Athlon x64 4400
1 GB RAM
150 GB HD (74 GB free)
NVIDIA GeForce 6600 128 MB PCI-X
SONY DVD-ROM DDU1615
LITE-ON DVDRW SHW-160P6S
Windows XP x64, fully patched
