I have tried my video as 640x480 and as 720x480 both yield an image that is pulled. So people appear fatheaded.

What aspect ratio should I put in Quicktime and what settings in Toast should I use so that it looks like a normal image?

I've seen this and found settings that worked for me. What is your source video and what are you wanting the final video format to be? For example, I need to export DiVX files as 640x480 when the source is a 720x480 EyeTV MPEG video to avoid the horizontal stretching.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
