OK FINE YOU HAVE TO HAVE A Dmsm so your work in progress is saved in progress. But the way Roxio makes Project folders all with the same name by default and the fact that you can't access them from an explorer window or copy and paste them easily.. makes this program very frustrating. There are so many good features,. but it can get you frustrated enough to make this seem worthless.

They sure ought to fix the file system

Have no clue what "Project folders" you are referring to. A project file (.dmsm in your example) is just that, a single file. The project file contains nothing but a series of "notes" on what your project consists of, including the source folders/file names for all assets. So from your post, I don't understand at all what you are trying to copy/paste from or to. A bit clearer explanation of what you are trying to say would be helpful.

Duh! It might be time for you learn how to make a folder and direct the software to save your project in that folder! It's quite simple.

If you don't know the basics of computers, and don't know the basic workings of the software, don't blame it on the software. blink.gif blink.gif blink.gif
