I used to be able to insert a CD while runing Creator Classic 7 and get the CD info from Gracenote. Sometime in the last couple of years (I haven't tried to get any info for quite a while) it has quit working.
I get a "Server cannot be accessed" message.
I can connect to the server via Explorer.
Can anyone help?

Did you check any firewall or pop-up settings that may be blocking it?
Also, if you are running IE7 and/or WMP11, these can mess up EMC7/7.5
