Error opening Roxio Creator 9 Home

This is the error that I get upon clicking the shortcut I placed on my desktop.

That's the screen shot of the error.

'The error says "All your devices are set to disabled. On this operating system, in order to start Roxio Creator 9 Home you must either physically remove your drive (s) or enable at least one drive.'

Thanks for any advice in advance.

You got an error saying Board does not exist?  That't what shows when you click on the url in your post.

I have never seen nor heard of the error that all devices are disabled.  Maybe someone will drop by, who has seen that message, and offer some help.

check in control panel, system, hardware, device manager. Check there if the drives are showing. If they are and are marked as disabled, go to properties, device usage and reset to 'enabled'

All devices are enabled.

Try uninstalling them from device manager, let Windows re-detect them at reboot and let us know if that worked
