Just started using EMC8.  Never used anything like this before.  I made my DVD project using MyDVD.  Burned a copy to disc and burned a copy as an ISO image.  Question 1.  The DVD I burned plays fine on my computr DVD and my stand alone DVD player.  The ISO file that I copied from my hard drive plays on my stand alone DVD but will not display the menu.   The ISO disc will not play on my computer DVD at all.  What did I do wrong?  Question 2.  Once I save the ISO correctly can I delete films I used off my hard drive.  I have a 250GB hard drive just for films but it's almost full.  I would like to remove some of the films without having to recapture them if I want to work on those films at a later date.  Question 3. Are there any good books out there to help me with this stuff.  Please bear with me as this is all new to me.  Thanks.

How did you burn the ISO to disc?  If you used Disc Copier, it should work fine...it's what I use 100% of the time with no problems.  If you simply copied the ISO to disc with Drag to Disc, it won't work when you use your stand alone player.
Once you're sure the ISO is fine, I see no reason to keep both if you're low on space.  DVD's are relatively cheap so you  might want to keep an extra copy on another one as backup.
I believe you can find EMC8 for Dummies in most bookstores if you want to learn 8 better.  There are also tutorials on line with some helpful info.  As for Video work in general, try  http://www.videohelp.com/ for some tips.

I used disc copier, but when I put the disc with ISO file in my DVD and try to play it on Cineplayer it comes up "DVD volume error".    I'll try to burn another one as I still have the ISO file on my hard drive.  Thank you for the help and websites.
