I had to re-install Easy Media Creator 7 and as a consequence every device (with the exception of the DVD writer) that I now plug into the usb port causes windows xp to crash.

Would like to listen to my mp3 player and access some urgent files on a memory stick but at present I can't.
Any advice gratefully received.
