Chat groups?  This is not a chat group.  This is a users forum, which is much different than chat.

Are you saying that you can't post on these forums, at home?

Have you ever signed into the forums at home?  You should be able to do it from the following URL.  Click on Discussion Groups on the right side, and it should take you to these forums.

You may also have to log in.  You should then be able to post.

Here is the error message I always get at home.  Not sure if there are some goofy settings on my other computer or if the forum is just down at night.

Says this menu has been disabled (in red)

Board message
Sorry, an error occured.  If you are unsure how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message,...

The error returned was:
Sorry, but you do not have permission to use this feature.  ....

Then you are doing something wrong when you are trying to post.  Do you get into the forums at all, from the URL I posted?

Roxio is in the process of changing servers, so it could be that you hit it during a period of down time.
