0% rendering is an indication that you need to update the drivers for your video adapter. You should also update Directx9 to the latest also if you haven't yet.

Go to your video card manufacturer's website, and there will be instructions on what to do.

I think that is what is called a 'unified' driver - it covers all GeForce Go 7x cards

Hello. I am having the same issue. After starting the download process, it only shows a 0% and no error message. I have the most current video card update, so that itn't the problem. Any ideas? Thanks.

And what make and model of video card do you have?  If it is an onboard chip, it may not work.

It could be. It depends on how you updated the video driver. If thru Windows Updates, then you do not have the most current. Depending on the type you have, you have to follow the installation instructions on the mfgr site. For example, Nvidia cards say you must uninstall the old drivers, reboot to the default Win VGA driver, then install the new ones.  Try it that way for yours.

Right click anywhere on the desktop, in the menu box go to properties and the card will be listed in the settings tab

You should have downloaded a .exe file from nVidia - go to wherever that is and run it (double click on it)
