Converting video from one format to another problem

Any solutions for this problem ?
2nd prob though seperate from the above issue is that when splitting clips to convert to 3gp makes both video and sound go out of synch by about 2/10ths of a second. How can this be solved too ?

Which application are you using? VideoWave or Disc Copier in Video Compilation mode?

What program are you using? Not enough information.

ps i have norton internet security suite on my pc that did not update in the past 36 hours.

Is this now happening with all clips or just some of them? Have you checked for malware? Defragged your disc? Have you tried to output (convert) that video to a 3gpp file using VideoWave?
You may want to see if you have a recent Windows System Restore point and roll your system back to where it was working before.
