I am so tired of having to contact Roxio...Sonic...I have spent more time with support than I have with using the program!!!!!!!!!!!!!  trying to NOT have issues!!!!
I had upgraded from MYDVD 6   to MYDVD9.....more issues...then upgraded to Easy Media Creator9 (with MYDVD9 premier deluxe)....I purchased this program...downloaded it...issues...contacted support...uninstalled all ...even registry...ran the patch...reinstalled (electronically)...and Now It does not recongnize my DVD project NOR any of my MPEG videos I used to be able to add to my projects.!  I have requested a CD to be sent to me no charge. Is therre anyone having SUCCESS with this program???  or do you know another program similar to this one...??? I am ready for ANOTHER refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  HELP!!!!!!!

Has there been an mpeg activation?  When you go to import an mpeg, you should be asked to activate mpeg.  If this does not happen, you won't be able to use mpeg files.  You might take a look in the Activation part of this forum for more information on how to do this manually.
