Hello.

I have 9 mp3s...I want to convert them to .wav and make them into an audio CD. Tried once, but nothing was on the CD when playing in the car. Please tell me how to do this step-by-step....I can see how roxio can do wav to mp3, but can it do the reverse?

Thanks.

Go to the start menu, then EMC9, Audio and open 'Music Disc Creator'

Drag your mp3 files in, put in a blank CD and click 'Burn'

Only one thing to add.Make sure you set the Project Type to Audio CD not MP3 Disc.

You make the audio CD from the mp3 files - the program automatically converts them and writes them to the CD, then finalises it (so long as you select 'Audio CD' and not 'MP3 CD')
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

Have you tried using windows media player to rip them to wavs and then burning them? I found that If I burn them so they will play in the car and in the home ,they usually turn out good, I hope I have helped a little. My problem is even though I am putting in the correct information they are still coming up untitled and just track numbers. Take care Happy Easter..

When you make a compilation cd the only way to get the names to show is to add cd-text.Thing is WMP doesn't display cd-text.You need a player that displays cd-text.

Mine does display them and I use the settings to put the information in for the cd I am burning, they are mp3 not wma, but I am still trying. Thanks for replying to my message.

Now we're talking about something different. An mp3 file will display the information. It's imbedded in the file.WMP will display that information. But,if you create an audio cd from those mp3 files you must turn on cd-text and have a player that will display cd-text.What I'm saying is even if the info is on the disc WMP won't display it.

If you have MP3 files and want to make an audio CD that can play on your CD player, why are you converting them to WAV files ???? Just do as Daithi suggested and burn your audio CD.
