When joining or splitting clips, I get a noticeable clicking sound as these are played back. I have a medley of songs I've played into the computer, but want to assign tracks (split the clip) as each new song is played. I was able to make seamless edits on EMC 8 using Sound Editor - not so here. I'm running it on VISTA and wonder if that has anything to do with it.

Correction to the previous version - EMC 7 - just in case that would make a difference.

In EMC 7's Sound Editor, I noticed if I zoom in then play the selection, the scroll bar stays pretty much centered. I can't seem to make that happen in EMC 9. It moves to the right and then jumps to the left and starts the process over. It's annoying when trying to locate a place to make edits.

Also, the cursor line showing where you are in the selection seems much wider thus making it more difficult for accurate edits.

Are either of these fixable? I'm using VISTA . . . any chance that is the problem?
