Whenever I boot my new Dell computer with Vista Home Premium operating system I get a message (driver blocked due to compatibility issues). Another message appears (Driver: CD recording software). Are there any solutions to this problem yet??

There's a sticky with Dell info here but I just uninstalled Drag to Disc and then had no problems with it.

So, just removing Drag to Disc removed the compatibility issue?

For me and some others it did. I did nothing else after installation but that and still do not get this error.

All that patch does is keep the error message from poping up.If you truly want to fix it,uninstall D2D.
